the location was super central, and i loved that. the room was really clean and tidy. the car park being right next door was a huge bonus too!!!

easy access friendly staff well-kept room
the location was excellent, providing easy access to all the main attractions. the staff were consistently friendly and eager to assist with any questions i had. i found the room to be very clean and well-kept, meeting all my needs .
the lift was a bit slow sometimes.

The hotel features a fitness center equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allows for convenient workouts. there is also a spacious lounge area. It includes comfortable seating and a selection of magazines.

My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This made getting ready easy. fresh towels and toiletries were replenished daily and i found the bed to be very comfortable. a work desk and ergonomic chair were also provided.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including hot and cold dishes. The food was AMAZING!!! there was also a selection of fresh fruits and pastries available. the dining area was clean and well-organized. This.

unserviced room dirty workstation
the staff were friendly and efficient tea making facility was sufficient
the rooms were not serviced throughout my stay it is not hygienic one day i complained and all that was done after that was the bed was made towels were changed and the tea cups everything else was left dirty toilet not cleaned papers and old glasses remained on the workstation hygiene is very important

clean room breakfast buffet closet hangers weak shower
the room was very clean, which i really appreciated. the breakfast buffet had many options, (especially the fresh pastries!).
there weren't enough hangers in the closet. also, the shower pressure was quite weak, a bit disappointing.

small room street noise
the staff seemed friendly enough, and the location was pretty central.
The room i got was surprisingly small. there were also not enough towels in the bathroom. I had to call down to reception to ask for more, annoying. the lack of soundproofing also made it difficult to sleep. I could hear street noise all night.

modern room lovely staff missing pillow faulty air con
the staff was lovely. the location is great for getting around. the room was clean and modern. i had no hassle.
i only got one pillow. the air con wasn't working. i had no option but to open the window. it was very noisy. i suffered with the heat.
